At Peninsula Suites, we understand that travel plans can change. Please review our cancellation terms carefully before confirming your reservation.
Standard Reservations
Cancellations are free of charge if made at least 7 days before the check-in date.
For cancellations made within 7 days of check-in, no refund will be provided.
Group Reservations
For group bookings, the following cancellation terms apply:
More than 6 weeks before check-in: No cancellation fee
Between 4–5 weeks before check-in: 15% cancellation fee
Within 2 weeks before check-in: 50% cancellation fee
Within 7 days before check-in: 100% cancellation fee (non-refundable)
Changes to Reservations
Reservation changes are subject to availability and may result in rate adjustments depending on the requested dates and stay period.
No-Show Policy
Failure to arrive on the scheduled check-in date without prior notice will be treated as a cancellation, and the full reservation amount may be charged.
Refund Processing
Where applicable, approved refunds will be processed using the original payment method. Processing times may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.

When is check-in and check-out?
Check in time is from 3 pm. Check out time is until 11 am.
How do I check-in?
You will receive a 4 digit PIN number in your email that you use to access your suite.
What is included in my suite?
We offer a range of amenities to ensure a comfortable stay for our guests. The suite includes a kitchenette equipped with cooking utensils, cookware, Nespresso coffee machine, kettle, and a refrigerator. Our complimentary products are Cellini coffee capsules, tea, sugar and oil for cooking. The bathroom includes toiletries provided from Prija and a hairdryer for convenience. General amenities in the suite are Flat screen TV for entertainment and free Wifi.
Do you offer free Wifi?
Yes, free Wifi is accessible throughout the suite.
Can I cancel or modify my reservation?
Canceling or modifying a reservation depends on under which conditions the reservation has been made. Prepaid non-refundable reservations can not be modified or canceled. In case of a no show, no refund will be issued. Flexible reservations made via third party booking sources are modified or canceled via the same channel they were reserved through. Flexible reservations made directly via Peninsula Suites website please contact ps@peninsulasuites.is for any modification or cancellation requests.
Is there a grocery store nearby?
No-shows often incur a fee, usually one night. Prepaid or non-refundable bookings may not qualify for any refund.
What kind of electrical plugs do you use?
Iceland uses the European electrical plug with 230W.
